🧠 Description
This PR enhances the user experience on smaller viewports by replacing the previous mobile dropdown menu with a clean, full-screen navigation overlay. The new implementation provides a more modern and focused interface for mobile and tablet users, improving usability and aesthetics.
New Mobile Navigation Overlay:

Key Changes:
Replaced the original slide-in mobile menu with a full-screen overlay component.
Integrated the overlay logic directly into the Navbar component for cohesiveness.
Added responsive handling to automatically close the overlay when the viewport is resized to desktop dimensions (>= 1024px).
Ensured the overlay's styling is fully compatible with the existing light and dark themes by using established CSS variables.
Improved usability by making the overlay close automatically after a navigation link is clicked or the user logs out.
